We equip with CNC processing center, CNC Lathe, EDM, wire cut, high-speed equipment, milling machine, grinding machine etc, and own 50T to 450T injection machine for mould trial and mass production. And we will continue to increase equipments for fulfilling customers' requirements.
We own experienced engineering team, there are more than 15 engineers with 10 years working experience in mould range, well known DME,HASCO standard.They can skillfully operate UG, CAD, Pro-E, Soildworks, 3D Max, Mastercam software.Precision of mould reaches +/-0.02mm.Length reaches 2000mm. Weight reaches 10T. We can analyse drawing or sample from clients exactly, offer quickly and satisfied technology supply. At the same time, we own rich experience in hot runner system field.
We have advanced testing equipments such as Altitude gage, 3D etc to ensure all the processes in control. And we will bring in new testing equipment according to customers' requirement.
Most of our mold export to North American,Europe and Japan. Monthly capacity reaches 50 sets. Our sales department can communicate with worldwide customers freely and translate customers' ***uments exactly.They are friendly bridge between factory and clients.
